Washing your clothing is one of the biggest problems. Items that are washed in hard water are usually a little faded and you may have noticed they don't feel as soft as they did when they were new. They can start to develop an itchy feel to them also.

Appliances like hot water heaters become less efficient with these deposits and can cause break downs too.
